The staff at the reception is sometimes in the evening unavailable in the evening. I was waiting with 3 other hotel guests for 10 minutes in front of the door at 22:40

Great hotel and would recommend anx stay here again no problem 😊

Lovely welcoming hotel, friendly staff, nice clean rooms, breakfasts each morning were great, lots of choices. Didn't realise tho that no dining on a Sunday evening tho as kitchen closed but reception staff were very helpful in suggesting delivery options for food and we were able to still eat in the bar area, so all good, bonus too was getting a voucher each for 1 free drink each in thd bar. Great hotel for our visits to the WW1 battlefields sites and easy location and despite being near a busy road soundproofing was excellent for good night's sleep

Pleasant but could do better.

Breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The staff were very friendly. The room was well laid out, but the sound proofing was terrible and the bed very uncomfortable.

The soundproofing of the room was very bad, I could everything going on in the room next door. The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was too hard. The location is not great as it is very far from the centre of the town and taxi's are expensive.

location ok.

was woke up in the middle of night - despite having advised the receptionist the night before of a “wedding group” booked on my floor - which was extremely loud . Talked to the GM on check out. nevertheless the stay was very influenced by the mischief of the room booking . sadly the experience was bad . restaurant is closed on Sunday - not good . payment of cash not allowed in the restaurant- terrible and ILLEGAL actually. the hotel has a lot to improve on the service side

Exceptional stay and staff

Exceptional and friendly staff. They went beyond the call of duty and exceeded our expectations. Well done super staff! We left our passports in the safe and they looked after them and returned them. They were so accommodating with requests. Very very clean rooms, we had 2 rooms. Beautiful decor. Really great range of selection at breakfast. Would definitely use again when passing through Belgium 🇧🇪.
