Modern apartment in a quaint fishing village in proximity to some of Korcula’s best beaches

Don’t be fooled by the unassuming exterior, It’s a lovely clean, modern and spacious apartment on the inside. The location is amazing if you’re looking for a remote getaway off the main tourist highway. The bay is quaint with its boats, small marinas and there’s a great swimming spot in front of the hotel below this accomodation. While it’s a small village, there’s a number of good coffee spots and family restaurants - nothing fancy, but decent and delicious. There are a number of run down / abandoned buildings that allude to hard economic times, which may be odd putting for some tourists, but we felt it added character. Really enjoyed our stay, particularly doing road trips to Zitna beach, Pupnatska Luka, and cliff jumping near Priscapac. Must have a car or you’d miss out on the most picturesque spots (Brna is quaint, but the other beaches mentioned are more stunning!).

Would have been good to have a few more ammenities on arrival for self catering (milk, oil, some basic herbs etc). Obviously not a necessity, but we stayed in some other places that offered these and found it very helpful. The host did provide salt, pepper, sugar and coffee however.

Gorgeous stay on Korcula island.

Super quiet location in Brna in Korcula, tiny village with few very good restaurants, stunning view from Balcony, spacious and comfortable apartment close to swimming spot, shop etc. owner was super helpful and helped us rent a car straight off the ferry.

Renting a car is a bit of a must. In order to visit other wonderful spots in Korcula or getting from the ferry.

Very nice location, gorgeous view, very helpful and nice owner! The windows were covered with nets against mosquitoes, the rooms were spacious and there was not only a beautiful balcony but also a big terrace where the entrance was. We liked that it was very private and that the owner was only renting out two apartments.

We missed a microwave and a toaster. And we have a 2 -year old daughter, she woke up everytime the owners dog was barking. But the tiny things would not keep us from visiting this beautiful apartment with the overwhealmingly friendly owner again.

Recommended if you are looking for a nice stay with economic prices and really nice sea view

* Brna is a really quiet location, beautiful (but rather far away from main spots Korčula City and Vela Luka) * spacious apartment * nice balcony with really beautiful see view (we even had the luck to see dolphins (some 100 meters away though…) ;-) * Mirko is really a nice host and helpful person

* maybe, in the next years, the furniture and equipment could be modernized/adjusted, just to make the look of the interior a bit more cozy (but maybe that would mean significant increase of price - difficult trade-off ;-)

Modern, spacious 2-bedroom apartment with gorgeous sea view in peaceful Brna.

My family felt lucky to stay at the Gold apartment in Brna, it has been recently constructed and everything is new and in great condition. My husband and 2 year-old and I stayed for 7 nights. Mirko our host arranged for a crib during our stay, and was always readily available for any questions we had. He was an excellent host, and made himself available if we needed to hire local transportation to go elsewhere on the island. The apartment has a beautiful big balcony with an incredible sea view, also perfect for relaxing in the evenings with a glass from local winery Toreta. It's situated just opposite the Hotel Aminess Lume, which has a nice sundeck and wading pool for children, as well as a cafe serving good espresso. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of linens, a fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge, plus washing machine. It was really easy to relax and enjoy everything Brna has to offer at this apartment!

It does stay hot at night in August, so while it would have been good to have AC in the bedroom I didn't mind sleeping on the couch which is near the AC in the living room. It was extremely comfortable!

The view from the balcony is amazing, location is very good. Nice and quiet.

The shower has some problems with narrow piping so you could shower for a realy short time or you would flood the whole bathroom. Also the boiler was leeking. If the bathroom would be renovated the place would be perfect.

Lovely apartment and the host!

We stayed in the apartment for 3 nights and it was great. The owner gave us amazing advice about what to see and visit and was really polite, the apartment was nice and clean. The view from it was also amazing!

Stunning vit

Clean and comfortable, modern, 1 bedroom apartment on the top floor of property. Beautiful views from the terrace over Brna harbour and out to sea. Mirko was very helpful with communications before arrival and with information about the locale, particularly in helping with return taxi booking.

We were disappointed that the air conditioning, which worked well in lounge, didn’t extend to the bedroom.

The apartment is conveniently located, very clean and the owner was very helpful and friendly. If you are looking for good value for money and some quiet, this is the place to stay in Brna. It’s beautifully decorated, feels like home and the view is beautiful. Would definitely book it again!
