L'appartamento è inserito in residence curato e silenzioso. La piscina è comoda e confortevole. L'appartamento era dotato di un'ampia sala e di un terrazzo abitabile molto spazioso. Ampia gamma di elettrodomestici a disposizione. Parcheggio molto ampio riservato agli utenti del residence.

L'angolo cottura era totalmente sprovvisto della dotazione di base: mancavano infatti detersivo per piatti e per lavastoviglie, spugne per lavare i piatti a mano e burrazzi per asciugare. Il bagno cieco e con aspiratore non funzionante (segnalato alla reception sono venuti subito ad aggiustarlo), la camera da letto di dimensioni molto piccole, a dispetto di una sala più ampia del necessario. La distribuzione degli poteva essere più funzionale.

The accommodation was convenient for the harbour where our activities were based.

The washing machine and dishwasher both worked well, although the dishwasher door could not be opened completely. The gardens throughout the property were beautifully maintained and looked lovely. Pizzerie and a supermarket at walking distance, and the center of Porto Rotondo is unbelievably beautiful.

Our overall experience was unfortunately a little disappointing. We were warmly welcomed, but staff seemed to be present only for check-ins, as the reception was closed most of the time. They did answer our questions via chat. The apartment has a traditional style but also shows signs of deferred maintenance. Some parts also not very hygienic. In addition, it is very noisy. Especially at night you’ll hear lots of noise from the people around you. The air conditioning releases a lot of warm air onto the terrace, making it uncomfortable to use both at once. On the positive side, our ground-floor apartment stayed quite cool. Please note that the pool is only open from 15 June to 15 September. This is mentioned on their platforms, but the information is easy to miss. We overlooked it and had no access to the pool for around 90% of our stay, which was very disappointing. We told the host the information is a bit too hidden, but she didn’t really seem to care.
