Apartment One , sea view , free parking

The location is very convenient - it's a walkable distance to the port, the bus station and various bus stops, including some bars and restaurants nearby. Vinko met us at the apartment, he was very kind and accommodating and let us know which buses we can take to go to the Old Town. The apartment itself was spacious and cosy, and it had everything we needed! The view was beautiful too, we enjoyed watching the boats and ships pass by.

Not too much of an issue, but the shower does not have a closing door behind it, so if you're not careful the bathroom can get quite wet. However, the ventilation is good in there so it does dry up quite quickly.

Very nice, clean, well-equipped, comfortable and cozy apartment. The view of the harbor is wonderful. The old town is close by bus, yet the area around the apartment is quiet. Nearby are cafes, a market, restaurants, and the airport bus stop. The owner is kind and helpful.

Host is very friendly and responsive to all my enquires. Apartment is clean, big and spacious, facing the sea / port. Taking bus to old town is an easy 15mins ride. Parking lot just a min walk, and really appreciate Vinko for letting us park after we check out.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and felt more like a home than a holiday rental. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Although it is not right next to the Old Town, the location worked perfectly for us. The bus terminal, Dubrovnik Port, and most tour pickup points were all just a few minutes away, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The sea view was also a lovely bonus. If we return to Dubrovnik in the future, we would happily stay here again.

Everything was perfect
