El apartamento era cómodo y contaba con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. El espacio estaba bien equipado y resultó práctico para pasar unos días en familia.
La limpieza podría mejorar bastante. Al llegar, el apartamento no estaba suficientemente limpio y el lavamanos estaba tapado. En general, faltaba una limpieza más profunda. Además, el alojamiento está un poco alejado de las principales zonas de Roses; para nosotros era necesario desplazarnos en coche unos 10 minutos, algo que conviene tener en cuenta al organizar la estancia.

La piscine est appréciable et nous avons toujours eu des transats libres. Le secteur est calme mais c'est sans compter sur les enfants qui jouaient au ballon sous notre balcon... Le logement est fonctionnel juste avec le nécessaire
L'emplacement est un peu trop éloigné des plages et des commerces. Obligé de prendre la voiture et difficile de se garer gratuitement a rosas. Réfrigérateur défectueux. Certains mobiliers ont été modernisés mais d'autres sont très abîmés et mériteraient remplacement. L'absence de climatisation est très inconfortable les ventilateurs de plafond n'étant pas très efficaces...
