Unangehnem

Haus ist total runtergerockt. Möbel alt und durchgesessen, E-Heizungen zum teil sehr alt, rostig und mit sehr großem Stromverbrauch. Ofen ohne Schamottsteine, so hält der Ofen keine wärme. In einem der Zimmer fehlte ein E-Schalter, dieser wurde mit Panzertape einfach, trotz der darunter liegenden E-Installation, überklebt. Bad ist zwar neu, doch bei der Erneuerung muss etwas schief gelaufen sein, bei der Verrohrung der Abflussleitungen, Duscht man fängt das WC an zu blubbern, auch verliert das WC nach der 3 - 4 Spülung seine "Saugleistung" so das nur ein Teil des " Geschäfts" runtergespült wird. Aus der Dusche kommt gerade soviel Wasser das man feucht wird, zum Haare ausspüllen zum Beispiel und gerade bei langen Haaren reicht das Wasser nicht. Auch kann es sein das, trotz Boiler, nur kaltes Wasser aus der Dusche kommt. Sehr unangenehm. Das Haus roch beim ersten betreten modrig, also haben wir ordentlich gelüftet, dies half nur bedingt. Unsere Wäsche und Jacken rochen, als hätten wir sie nach 20 Jahren vom Dachboden geholt. Wir können dieses Haus NICHT weiterempfehlen.

Unbequme Betten, kein Geschirrspüler, durch den vielen Regen hat man Nachts das Tropfgeräusch der Regenrinne gehört, keine Haken für Handtücher oder Jacken, die Terassenmöbel defekt uvm.
