Caravan Park Sexten

Where it is! The surroundings are beautiful… the spa and pool are amazing. The lodge is perfect. This is the second time we have been here and this will not be the last.

The laundry machine ate my coins… user error and simply put, we are in Italy and should probably be able to read better Italian. The staff were amazing and taught us how to use it properly.

The room.

A bit expensive for what you get.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Treehouse was very clean and cozy. Quiet as well. Enjoyed being out in the wilderness. Parking was great.

Pillows.

The food was really good, the treehouse was spacious, clean.

The staff was mostly arrogant and unpleasant (with few exeptions), even unpolite. There was no phone in the room, not a pen if you need it, the toiletries were wery poor quality, the ceck out time is 10!!(earliest I have ever heard) an if you do not make it in time you are told that you will be charged the full price of one night, wich I find exagerate; there is no one to help with the luggage if you need, wich for four stars and the price they charge I find a minus. The place would be nice, if the staff would know how to treat guests.
