Spacious, clean with comfortable bedding. Nice view on the mountains. Salomon in charge of night security was the only friendly staff.
Breakfast choice very limited. Quality of service disappointing, commutation from staff not fluid. Regrettably we found that the place had no soul and very cold. The room lacked refinement finishing. Ex. Bathroom door does not close properly, paint damaged, toilet paper holder not well fixed...

It was lovely to have our own private outdoor terrace, and also to be able to enjoy the wider grounds. The room was large and the bed comfortable.
We would have liked to have been able to use the swimming pool, but it was overrun with children at the time.

Lovely scenery, lovely breakfast!
The rooms are quite run down and need a bit of maintenance. Room cleaning was very slow and the place was understaffed.
