Location was excellent just a 2 minute walk to the beach Services were great free pick up from airport free laundry service which was delivered in just over one hour each time Very friendly staff

Very big, comfortable apartment on good location. Close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants. Good value for money.

The water pressure could be better, but it was ok to shower.

The apartment was so comfortable to stay at that we didn't feel like going anywhere for the first two days. Let's go step by step- Location: Anse Royale beach is right across the road. There are multiple supermarkets, takeaway food places, sit down restaurants and the bus stop- all within walking distance. Amenities: The kitchen is well stacked up with a gas stove, multiple cooking pans, spoons, microwave oven, an oven for grilling and all other equipment needed to cook. We made our own breakfast everyday and even dinner on a couple of days. The room is comfortable with a decent double bed, it's well ventilated, and the bathroom is spacious too with hot water available. There is also a balcony within the apartment where we enjoyed having our breakfast. Staff: The staff was super helpful from the get go. They arrange pick up from airport/ ferry for free for stays of 4+ nights. For Indian travellers particularly, there are 2 Indian workers Manoj and Ghanshyam who were always there to help. Manoj gave us a travel adapter and Ghanshyam helped us with getting a bus pass. If you are planning to stay around Anse Royale, I doubt you will find a better property at the rates they offer.

Things that can be better- Wifi speed Shower pressure Though neither impact the experience significantly.

The apartment was very clean and we had clean towels and sheets also washing was done for no charge. We had an amazing cleaner called Stephanie.

No hot water in the standard one bedroom apartments which is shocking.We had to boil water to wash the dishes and no hot water to wash your hands in the bathroom not hygienic. The shower was electric shower and water was Luke warm. Lighting in the apartment was bright clinical spot lights not homely.No lamp lights in the lounge or bedrooms. 2 chairs in the lounge for relaxing were hard and uncomfortable. The other issues we had were sorted. Only air conditioning in the bedroom we expected it throughout however there were fans in the lounge.
