Excellent property and nice host... There are few improvements that can be considered.

- Clean house with good furniture and bedding. - Each bedroom has its own toilet and bathroom - Large windows and screens

- The bathroom and toilets in each room does not have a door, this was quite difficult if you plan to stay with your friends. - The pool was clean but the water was not bleached, it was salty and looks like it needed a replacement - There was a soccer table game in the house and we had to pay 1 EUR to use it each time (for 10 balls), this was quite weird as this should be free to use in such a large property - Although the property is listed as private, the family of the host lives in the same building, there are doors within the building that gives access to each house. This really did not bother us as we visited as a group of friends, but still a point to note.

The house, its amenities, the location and the beer brewed by Valerie are perfect!

The house was very clean and light, the greatest thing was that every bedroom had its own bathroom and was perfectly isolated. We also enjoyed a huge refrigerator and the BBQ. The hosts were lovely and always ready to help and answer our questions. And we also find the beer produced by Valerie and the homemade chips fantastic! The village itself is also very neat, cozy and friendly, lots of cows, horses and other animals 😊

The location was great. The house was very homely and loved, the shower was very good!! The pool was brilliant! We loved the noise of the cows chatting and grunting to each other!

Kitchen needs a little TLC and there were quite a few flies but we found that everywhere we visited as the weather was so good!!

Super prachtige woning met alle nodige voorzieningen! Zowel de omschrijving op de website als de foto's kwamen overeen met de realiteit, het overtrof zelfs onze verwachtingen! De omheinde tuin, het zwembad, de inrichting van het huis, de koelcel, het aanwezige wasmachine/droogkast, de gastvrijheid; heel erg moeilijk om te kiezen wat ons het meeste beviel!

Een fantastische WAUW woning. Gezellig ingericht, alle comfort...prima. Ook een heel hartelijke ontmoeting met de eigenaars!

Prachtig huis om stukje Westhoek te verkennen of bij het huis te blijven om je amuseren/ontspannen!

Wij boekten er een weekend met de 3 koppels collegas op dit domein van een actieve boerderij. Het huis is heel praktisch en zeer smaakvol ingericht en van alle comfort en benodigdheden voorzien. Vier ruime slaapkamers met ensuite douche/bad en toilet, waaronder ook met slaapkamer met ruime douchekamer voor mensen met een beperking. Naast kleine frigo en ruime diepvriezer ook een frigokamer... mijn mister-cool was supercontent. We hadden een kleine issue met de airco, maar dat werd na eenvoudige melding direct opgelost door de dochter en de schoenzoon van de gastvrouw, die naast het vakantiehuis woont met haar familie. Verder waren zij heel discreet en hebben we op geen enkel moment last gehad van hun aanwezigheid. Het zwembad is niet sjiek maar wel een leuke, extra troef bij mooi weer of zelfs bij minder weer, lekker warm om je baantjes te zwemmen of wat te chillen. Ook heel mooie ruime tuin en mogelijkheid om poort te sluiten voor de kindjes. De streek is ook leuk om te verkennen... van alles te zien en te doen. Proficiat Gudrun, jullie hebben dat prachtig gedaan... jullie huis is een absolute aanrader!

Je zit op de boerenbuiten en bij ons was het tijd om o.a. maïs en de wortels te rooien, dus was het een beetje druk met tractors en vrachtwagens op de weg - vooral op zaterdag - maar de zondag was het een heel stuk rustiger. De knooppunten van de fietsroutes konden wat meer en beter verspreid zijn om in Diksmuide te fietsen. Maar dat heeft natuurlijk niets met het huis te maken...
