Very beautiful location, super facilities and very relaxing! At times we had the pool to ourselves and it was always a great temperature. I loved being able to pick tomatoes and peppers from their garden for our lunch.

Super entspannte Lage, sehr ruhig und wunderschöne Anlage
Es wäre super gewesen, wenn auf der Website angegeben wird, dass dort permanent zwei kleine Hunde frei herum laufen. Die Hunde sind sehr lieb und süß, aber als Hundebesitzer ist es etwas schwierig, da sie auf fremde Hunde in ihrem Revier natürlich reagieren.

Molto bello il giardino degli ulivi, l’area piscina, e la collocazione in mezzo alla natura. Ampia la camera con il gradevole dehor esterno. Gentile lo staff, simpaticissimi i due cagnolini.
Insonorizzazione delle camere sub-ottimale. Offerta limitata per la parte salata della colazione (che noi prediligiamo).

Location was what it was - rural and quiet.
Nearest village was Nerola - not many eating choices there.
Swimming pool was good.
Interesting gym...
We stayed for 3 nights.
Breakfast was poor. Some fruit would have been good. Only cereal choice was cornflakes, no milk only yoghurt.
No cheese, just ham. 1 bowl of scrambled eggs for all guests...Never any takers as it was always cold.
Plenty of sugary cakes - but I don't think that is what guests want.
Coffee was good though.
