Can’t thank them enough, really loved staying here. The staff were so good and it’s so clean
One minor issue is I didn’t have water one day but it was fixed after a few calls

Wonderful staff
No microwave. An employee told my husband we didn't pay enough money for a microwave. We had two twin beds push together. Basic, but clean accommodations.

Location is good very much at the center. The hotel is modern and clean.
Staff never answered our request for airport transfer. At checkout time, they tried to bill us for an extra night and we had to insist a lot to rectify.
The bathroom is below 4* standards : not enough place to hang towels and missing curtains for the shower. Our room didn’t have a balcony unlike room description.
Breakfast price is too stiff (12000CFA per person)
