The people were very nice and friendly, they know what cx exp is. The location also and everything related to it was amazing
The fact that the fridge had a note saying you cannot remove the items to add in your owns.

Breakfast more then enough very nice restaurant friendly personal superb location quiet location and superb layout room was clean with nice views.We don't have time for spa but the place is amazing.Lots of things to do in the area.

The area where it is located, air quality, people
I couldn't say that I didn't like it, I booked a room and I received one almost identical. The reasons have been explained.

The location
A 2 star property billed as a 4 star. Old and over-used bad quality and taste furniture. Very low ceiling rooms, I could ectend and place my hand flat on the ceiling while standing on my feet. Very bad quality floors as well, looked dirty too, undusted in every corner. The bathroom was horrible, full of mold that was falling and ganging underneath the mirror above the sink. The shower was a cheap plastic enclosure. Shame on them for calling this a 4 star hotel !
