location and great sized balcony
sofa bed was uncomfortable, had to add sleeping bags and blankets to the mattress to make it usable.

When I booked i expected to have the room like in the pictures, but then I read that it would be different, for 3 people it was way too small and sort of poor, lets put it like that, but the point is, that it would be good if owner show photos of real rooms in advance, so you could make a right choice.

It is really comfortable
The bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The toilet had floating paper in it, there was an empty deodorant, hair stuck on the shower wall, and the showered flooded the bathroom when we first turned it on, because part of it was faulty l. When we complained, the receptionist took the point, but the day later, they sent someone to fix the shower head while we were out, who entered without our permission.
