The staff met every need and they politely, promptly attended to every request as they were able. Their service was kindly offered. The delicious breakfast meal was made according to my preferences with a variety of items. I looked forward to that morning meal every day. Nearby transportation, ATM, local shopping and dining, street market, and nearby traditional sites made my touring visit convenient and significant. I wish that I had planned time to also visit their cinema studios -- what fun options!

Very friendly staff. Located just a few steps from the old center. The breakfast coffee was very good. As was the muesli and yogurt.

The bathroom was so small, that in order to open the door, we had to close the window first. The clothes hanger was in the bathroom. There was no bar of soap, or liquid soap, or shampoo, until we asked. Also no floor mat. We had to go back downstairs to ask for the wifi password, as it was not printed anywhere. The television cable did not always connect. The breakfast was bare, and we had to keep asking for more. The others guests asked as well. There was only 1 croissant per 2 people on each table. The one thin slice of cheese was processed, not what one expects in a country known for its cheese. Putting out so little food, instead of a big basket of bread, etc. puts the customer in the embarrassing position of having to ask for more, every few minutes. It felt a little like begging.
