So close to the beach

It is so close to the sea! Also, close to other more known places - Trogir, Split - easy to access by car. Marina is not sp far by foot too. Great parking area. The room was clean, everything worked properly. The area is quiet, great for people who want a more calm, lazy holiday. Great for families.

The room for 3 people is too small, balcony also doesn't fit 3 people.

Good location, clean rooms

We enjoyed our stay in villa opatija a lot. The villa is in a small town called poljica. It is a beautiful little summer town with some cafes and one good restaurant. The villa had its own pebble beach. Our room was clean and had a balcony, which had a sea view even though the room was not facing to the beach. The aircon was working without problems. We had a small fridge in the room, which helped us a lot. I can say that parking was not a problem at all. You can park your car anywhere in front of the villa. What I especially liked was the location of the villa. Old towns and beautiful beaches are 10-20 km from polijica. Thanks to the family who owns villa opatija.

The matress of the bad could be more comfortable. The internet connection was week.

We were satisfied with our stay. Recommended!!

Everything meet our needs. Location is perfect, 2 little beaches werebin walk distance. The aircondition worked perfectly, the sea view was nice - we liked the balcony, and the space were ok for a couple. So absolutely good value for the money. The host was very kind, and also we were amased about the home made drinks which is cool for a suvenir.

Everything was fine, sometimes the need of use the staires was a bit too much (down to the kitchen, back to the room etc. Because we were on the top - but this is not a compliment :) everything was okey this way.

Mam už dosť precestovane a viem porovnať, za tie peniaze som mal oveľa lepšie ,bol som sklamaný,

Pačila sa mi lokalita ,vzdialenosť k moru bola super , ticha lokalita,

izby boli priliš male 3,5x3,5 m, žiadna skriňa na veci,žiadna osuška čo mala byť, iba male uteraky , žiadne okno len male balkonove dvere 70cm, cena kvalita nezodpoveda chladnička hučala ako starý kompresor,dosť to rušilo pri spánku, stojan na pradlo ktory tam mal byt ,nebol lebo by nevošiel nemate kde prevesit plavky ,uterak

Gostiteljica zelo ustrežljiva. Morje takoj ob nastanitvi. Možnost rentanja čolna. Brezplačni ležalniki, zunanji tuš. Toplo priporočam.
