Very interesting town….well worth a visit. The Hotel is in an ideal location to explore.

Bathroom whilst good was rather small and the shower positioning awkward. Also it’s in a good location but rather tricky to find. Aosta is full of small streets !

Great location in the centre of the old town. Very convenient to restaurants and other amenities

The room was very hot when we arrived. Aircon seems to be adjusted for winter conditions only and we were there in May when weather was warming up. Slept with window open but that resulted in disturbance from street noise and other guests coming and going.

Good hotel in the centre of Aosta

We stay at this hotel every time we visit or pass through Aosta (see my previous reviews). The location is fantastic right in the heart of the historic city and with private parking. The room is big enough, and the view of the Alps from the window is breathtaking. The room is very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with a variety of cheese, cold cuts, dairy products and of course the sweet part. Coffee, tea and juice complete the breakfast. And the price is very reasonable.

nice cozy place, I’d book here again

clean, nicely positioned

couldn’t have hot water in the shower, unfortunately it was early morning and I couldn’t get it fixed before we left. I explained that to the staff and I received a polite apology. I’m sure it was an exception because the place was nice and well kept, just the wrong thing at the wring time happened.

A gem of a hotel in Aosta.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT. THE CLEANLINESS WAS VERY GOOD AND LOCATION WAS GREAT.

Nothing except the pillows which were too hard for me and a kettle in the room would have been appreciated.

Very enjoyable two days in Aosta and would be happy to stay here again.

Rooms were well equipped clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is ideal for the town centre but less convenient for skiing , although it’s only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Gondola station.

The property offers Sky TV but had only very limited channels with sport and news. It would have been good to be able to access films either in English or with sub tittles. Also use of the Spa was an expensive extra charge which was disappointing.

The room was a bit warm and I couldn't turn down the heat. I would prefer full curtains to the shutter as the shutter bangs in the wind.

Exceptional

All staff were very friendly and helpful. They even sent us details on how to approach the hotel before even starting our trip. They were also very quick to answer a question that we sent through email. They even suggested a wonderful restaurant that we absolutely loved! The parking in front was great, we felt that our car was safe. Very central location, close to the city centre and to the ski lifts. In short, we had a wonderful long weekend!

There was nothing that we disliked, really. It is hard to fault them!

It was fine for one night but standard accommodation for the price

Location was good and parking was easy in front of hotel. Breakfast provided was sufficient. We didn’t use spa but could see clearly the hot tub and spa area from our patio - it looked ok but wasn’t private

Room was very small and smelled of smoke. Bed was very hard and pillows were unfortunate.

Will stay again

We have stayed here before and will again. It is an exellent stopping off point on our journey to/from Italy. The rooms are clean and comftable. The shower is exellent. They also provide an excellent buffet breakfast.
