Delta Homestay

Fab central location with accommodating, warm and friendly staff who didn’t make a fuss about one of our guests (we were a party of four) checking in at a different time, which is very appreciated. Found it to be a clean, cosy and spartan accommodation with beds, AC, TV, bedside tables, curtains and en suite bathrooms with a decent shower. That’s about it. You won’t find a clothing rack / wardrobe or a bathroom with cabinets to hang or store clothes, so I think it’s ideal for shorter stays. Ultimately, everything works as it should and it’s a nice and cosy traditional Indonesian vibe, located close to shops, laundry service, and restaurants as it’s near the centre. My favourite part were the beautifully curated and green verandas, with tables where you can chill and listen to the frogs and birds. It’s pretty peaceful considering it’s close to a main road. I enjoyed a nice dip in the pool too. Fantastic value for money overall and highly positive experience!

As mentioned, it’s a simple location with nice but rather basic amenities, so if you need a closet / drawers and shelves in the toilet don’t expect that here. But it’s comfortable and relaxing, and the staff was wonderful

Sarapannya sederhana tapi enak, lokasinya dekat dengan jl malioboro dan stasiun tugu

Zwembad, mooie tuin, dichtbij het centrum, niet te druk. Goed prijs. Makkelijk om vervoer te regelen

Relatief een kleine, gedateerde accommodatie

The pool, gardens and staff

Bathroom was grubby, room was tiny and not enough hooks and shelves so most of you stuff goes on the floor
