El Retorno Hostel

Me and my boyfriend stayed a couple of nights in the hostel and had a private double bed to ourselves in what felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The facilities were very clean and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful both in organising day trips to the penisola and in keeping our luggage for the day. 100%recommend.

The host was really nice and helpful! The breakfast was good and the room had a lot of facilities, good curtains, airconditioning, a lot of space. The wi-fi was fast.

The shower didn't spread the water like I expect a shower to do. There was the sound of dripping water throughout the night. My girlfriend had trouble connecting to the wi-fi at times. All really minor stuff, seeing how great the time was we had.

Breakfast was good but not there were not a lot in my opinion

Too much troubles for a such a short stay. First, I had cancelled my first night but they couldn't cancel it on their system so had no choice but to pay that night.. It was saying on booking that debit cards were accepted. The staff told me it was only cash.. I struggled for a long time to finally get to pay by card. Then they announced a different price than the one showing on booking. It was so annoying to deal with all this and check in took forever to be done. Then, it was such a struggle to have the informations about the tours, I litterally lost one day because of that.. Then I've asked if it was possible to have my breakfast at 6h30 instead of 6h50 as all the tours starts at 7:15 in order to have the time to enjoy it. At the end, I had the breakfast at 6h50 and had to rush it (I had my breakfast in 5 min) since I had to leave. Wifi wasn't working properly as well
