Location and staff are good

Bit of renovation would be nice

My room was in the entrance wing. Quiet with sounds of birds chirping. The bfast was good and hospitality was 👍. We had some good solid meals at Pushpa's.

Location was tad bit tricky. If you have the uber/rapido app, it's easier but you need to know which location to pin. A few times we were taken around the other side. Had to pay extra for the ride. The hotel staffs did call for rides for us. My room was dated, needed upgrades or good plumbing. Otherwise we had no issues. Would I go back there.. Probably yes

Everything is calm friendly staff & reception

The room we eventually argued and got (which was what we originally choose and paid for) was a very good stay.

We had booked the room based of the pictures they have shared for a comfortable stay. We were disappointed with the room we were given, it looked NOTHING like what we had booked and the staff went on the further state that it was a “booking.com” issue as they didn’t post the picture of the room we had been given. It looked like a spare room next to their staff cleaning with their extra mattresses stored outside. It was sad to see staff that wasn’t equipped to handle the matter professionally. I refused to settle for something that wasn’t what we had booked and requested a refund. They said was not possible as they are “fully” booked and they can’t give the room we had booked weeks back stating it’s “unavailable”. Finally after an hour they said they will try their best and we were given the room that was suddenly “available”.
