"Deluxe Mobile Homes" as well as many others are not shown on 92 pictures for a reason. There are two parts in a camp, one is for "elite" - near "Dino-pool" and nice beach - while other is for common populace which didn't book luxury homes -- there, closest to the beachline you have camper vehicles and after several rows of those (and several roads) upward is your apartment.
In this area the beach is mostly rocky, not for someone who could fall and break a hip (elderly), if you want to reach somewhat decent beach, you need to walk for 10-15 minutes at least!
Judging by the photos I really thought I'd have pool on the one, and beach on the other side so I can let my kids go and swim as they like, but it seems that a trip to the beach always included whole family packing up and moving as a herd to find their spot...
I will not return, and I suggest you only go there if you can afford VILLAS (but that may be overpriced in comparison to other mid-south Adriatic destinations).

The villa was just the right size and comfortable for a family of 4 (I would not want to be 6 adults in the villa, as is it's advertised capacity-I would love to see you get 6 adults in the relatively small hot tub!). It was well equipped with TV's in the main living room and twin bedroom, and the air con worked well and was a God send. The kitchen was well stocked, but it would have been nice to have one bottle of milk in the fridge for late arrivals like us. There was a good level of privacy from other villas, as they were well spaced. It was great to have a golf buggy, as the resort is big, so it helped to get little legs to bed, after late evening meals. We found the staff in resort to be very helpful and very nice at all times.
There is so much for the children to do here, with particular highlights being the waterpark, the small but fun aqua park, horse riding in the sea and outdoor cinema nights.
We flew from the UK, and paid over 4k for our accommodation, which was effectively a fully serviced luxury villa. Being at a beach resort, we assumed there would be beach towels provided, but there weren't. The concierge service (which was excellent btw, via Whatsapp) sorted them out for us by exception, but I think these should be supplied as standard.

Good location, very peacefull. Good prices in market inside camp. Hot tub is also worth it (if the weather is bad, you could warm your self and enjoy in hottub...)
Poor water presure in shower, and you can barrely set right water temperature, really anoying. And the shower drainage very poor. On 3rd day they were supose to change your towels, didn't happen until i called reception. The staff is really nice and helpful.
On the check out date, they bring full set of new towels and bed sheats at about 8:00am. I don't find this higienic, because the people that are leaving on that day are still there )you have until 10:00am until checkout). They should brought all the fresh stuff at the time that the house is cleared of old customers...

Great location and good restaurants
The spa was not good, the whole experience was poor. The customer service was not good at all.

Great little resort in south of Istra. Mobile homes are exceptional with all amenities you need. Our house was located at the very end of camp with 50m from shore so it was just perfect for daily sunbathing and fishing with kids.
The staff was very friendly and responsive, not to mention there was a present (wine and coffee caps) waiting for us on our arrival. Sunny and warm weather was cherry on top. Vacation you could ask for! We will come back for sure!

Beautiful and clean campsite. Best mobile home we’ve ever stayed in, plenty of space and very well equipped. Friendly staff, we enjoyed our hot tub, the Porto bus pool and hiring paddle boards and kayaks at the beach
Quite a long drive to get to the main road / nearest village. Some facilities cost extra and this wasn’t clear when booking, the campsite is two parts and we were located very far from the main pool & facilities. Campsite shop and restaurants expensive

everything: the position in the middle of the nature, very quite, the patio is amazing, the jacuzzi, the cleanness, the beach and the sea are amazing, the sunset, the staff, the many (and free) charging stations for Electric vehicles.
nothing!

Very clean. We got upgraded which was nice so had a lovely little villa with nice outdoor patio and sunken hot tub.
Lot of red mud around the patio but think this is just because it’s new and the planting hasn’t had chance to grow properly yet.

The area and facilities are amazing. The location in undeveloped nature is magnificent as are the amenities. You never need to leave the property as they have restaurants, bakery, market, dive/pool shop, fresh fruit/veg, etc.
The filter in the dishwasher was almost back with mold which told us it had never been cleaned. There was also mold around the seal of the dishwasher. Paying more attention to details like this would make our stay 5-stars all around.

We loved the variety of things to do on each side of the camp. We had a gorgeous seafront view. The camp was busy, but quiet hours were followed by most campers. The bakery and fruit stand were nice to have close by. We especially enjoyed the splash pad and beach for our kids.

Stayed in a Mobile Home Prestige in the San Polo compound.. Quite small but but very functional. Nice kitchen, two baths. Clean. Comfortable beds and nice pillows. Great outdoor space, which can be made very private with curtains. Our MB (no 310) was very close to the beach. There's a pebble beach and there's cliffs too. Not many people at the beach..Parking next to the MB. Picked up our free fruit and vegetables on one of the mornings. That's a really great idea. The restaurant is very good, with nice staff and reasonable prices. The mini market is pricey, but open all day. The fish guy was very friendly and generous. We were there with our teenagers and they loved it. The pool area looks nice, but it wasn't for us. Smaller children would love it. Basketball court was great though and easy to book. Outdoor cinema twice a week. Very easy check-in and friendly helpful staff everywhere. Loved the little train and electric minibus. We highly recommend Mon Perin.
Missed a sunny spot next to the MB. On the other hand, the trees are nice and keep the heat away and the beach is right there.

The Prestige Mobil Homes are just perfect for a family with 2/3 kids or for 2 families and 2 Kids. We paid for a Prestige Mobil Home and we've got an Upgrade to Prestige Mobil Home with Jacuzzi. The Satff is really friendly.
Everything was just perfect. We'll be back for sure.

I loved the fact that it was right on the beach and you pretty much had everything you needed in the resort. I was upgraded to one of the newer villains and it was above my expectations. The restaurant that was close to our villa was affordable and the food was amazing.
I will definitely go back because it provides the right atmosphere to relax and enjoy the sea.

Location is great, good facilities, friendly staff. Good restaurants on location, mini market, bakery, fresh fruits, vegetables and fish sold on location.
Dog beaches are set where the coast is rocky and do not have nearby trees to have some shade to place a towel and the dogs.

We stayed in Deluxe mobile home in part called San Polo. Mobile home meets description criteria - not bad not excellent. Location of house was quite good - nice greenery around (so not so hot during the day). Beds were fine, beach was quite empty (we stayed in the first half of July) with clean water. Restaurant San polo was really good (in terms of camping in Croatia). Staff was very kind and helpful. Paleopark (we had free entrance) was for children the best part of the vacation. I have already forget that motor train was also nice feature of the camp.
You see that these types of mobile homes are not new ones - some kind of renovation will be necessary in the future. Near the beach there were no changing rooms - only in Paleopark. Beach is not for small children - big stones, but the sea was very clean. The biggest cons was that we have "kuna" (animal) in the attic and each night around midnight start to scratch the attic etc. Staff was trying to solve it, but you know - we were staying in the kuna´s house - we were visitors :-D The other part called Colona has newer facilities (bathrooms, toilets) - hopefuly some renovation will be son in San Polo.

Very nice and clean camp and mobile homes. Sea was great but consider using water shoes.
The Wi-Fi was an absolute trash. Had to do a bit of work and it was nearly impossible to do. Unstable, not secured, slow. Cellular cover was also not good.

The camping is on the shore. The food in the San Pol restaurant was very delicious. The equipment in the mobile house was perfect (even a deep fridge was available!).
Nothing.

There was a closed terrace, comfortable beds and the property was near the seashore.
It wasn’t clean and we had a big muddy puddle in front of the front door.

Lovely site with lots to see and do, beautiful lodge, clean with all mod cons. Near the coast, lovely sea swimming. Land train was useful
Somewhere to buy a breakfast to eat in, takeout bakery only

I like the resort set up with almost everything you need available on site. The sea and the pool facilities with Restaurants for food and bars for drinks and a train to take you around were very convenient
We stayed in two Deluxe mobile homes, one home was modernized and way more comfortable than the older other home which was not well dusted as there was plenty of cobwebs everywhere.
Additionally there was no small pharmacy that we could find and no child care options that would allow for some adult downtime during the day.

The camping is in a great location, the sea side is clean and there's plenty of space for everyone on the rocky beach. The camping houses/villas are modern and clean, and the Paleo Park swimming pool is ideal for kids.
The green surroundings and vegetation around the camping make it a great place to feel a bit isolated from the rest of the world and provide plenty of shade. I also loved getting the of fresh vegetables from the nearby farm.
There's a free small train to go from one side to the other of the two camping grounds.
We were given bracelets for the swimming pool entrance but the gate was either open or not working, and nobody was at the booth to ask questions or buy souvenirs (we really wanted to get a dino-tshirt but in 7 days not once we found a person there to buy!). Overall I didn't get the point of having a bracelet if there was no check in and out of the camping ground, at the swimming pool or at any other place. We also went to the other swimming pools and the gate was open without having to use the bracelets.
At the Paleo Park there was an arcade, but unfortunately the machine to change coins didn't work and there was not staff to help.
The wifi is open, unsecure and mostly not working. The signal didn't really reach our accomodation.
The bathrooms are located far from the beach, making it a bit difficult to manage when you have small kids. It would be nice to have a couple of toilet/changing rooms right next to the beach access.
We had a hot tub with our accommodation, but it was behind the house facing other people hot tubs making it not private at all (especially when you have noisy neighbours).
There's only one small mini market and a shop for seaside stuff, not enough for the amount of people the camping can host.
The area is quite wide between the two campings, I would have appreciated having a rental bike included in the price of the villa. It would be good also to have a map in strategic points of the camping.

Wonderful stay at Mon Perin. First timers to this type of camping resort, and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in a mobile home with jacuzzi. It was comfortable and clean. We loved the big porch and hot tub. Plenty of trees between campsites and mobile homes so you feel tucked away even when camp is full!
We loved both on site restaurants, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Gelato available until 10pm inside Mol Pico which was a plus for us.
Favorite part of camp was the bakery. Excellent cappuccinos and fresh pastries and bread daily. On site fruit/vegetables, market, swim shop and more. We loved Paleo Park and the smaller pool near our villa. Beautiful beach on both sides of camp!
Mon Perin has it all. Cool, relaxing vibes. We will definitely be back next year.
One small inconvenience with the linens. Guest book said to strip linens and towels on 3rd day of stay and leave them out. We did and they were picked up at 9am. Came back after a long day of swimming to find the beds still completely stripped. We called and reception hung up on me. Finally someone brought 1 sheet and 1 duvet cover (we had 2 beds) and then raced off. For almost €300 a night I don't expect to be fighting with a duvet cover at 8pm. To the same point, I found it strange there was no housekeeping during our stay. Again for such a high price tag I did expect at least 1 cleaning and bed change. Even with this, we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was great. Mobile home that we stayed in was nicely equiped with big balcony, it had everything we needed. Pool area is great for kids, with free kid club included. We will come back again :)

Big peaceful camp, clean water, nice water park, free vegetable.
We stayed in mobile home deluxe. Kitchen accesories were missing and if they were there they were really bad, knives weren’t sharp so we couldn’t even cut anything. Prices are really high for what you get.
There should be some additional kids water acctivities in Paleo park.

Very comfortable prestige villas with everything you need, paleo park and kids club were perfect for kids! Beautiful views over the water from the beach restaurant and beach bar with friendly staff. Close to both Rovinj and Pula, perfect for city trips and lots of cute vineyards around to visit.
Nothing that I didn’t like! Our group had two villas next to each other and neither safe worked, didn’t impact our stay.
