"Lovely hotel right opposite the Abbey. Good room - we even had a balcony/terrace we could eat on. Great breakfast with a lovely outside area in which to eat if you wanted."

Reception staff were delightful, location was unique.
The hotel seems past it's former glory. No restaurant or bar facilities on site, images on Booking.Com website show delicious images of dishes to be enjoyed but these are no longer part of the service, a shame as one of the reasons for booking. We did thankfully, have one of the rooms with aircon but it too was in its twilight age.
