We liked the location, the overall structure of the apartment and the friendly host in our first days.
A lot of the furniture needs a refresh. Two of the lights were out and we had to change them ourselves. The stovetop was in a location that didn't permit good ventilation. We were asked to pay in cash due to a problem with the card payment.

Great location - the sea is just across the street. There are shops and restaurants nearby.
The rooms are nice for the price, altough some renovation is needed.
The place didn't accept card payment for our one-night stay and we had to pay in cash, which was inconvenient.

Location is ok.
Communication with the owner was very poor. No one was there to meet us when we arrived, so we had to contact her by phone. Later, she replied selectively to our text messages and completely ignored our request for an earlier check-out than the time she had initially set during our phone conversation. The impression we got was that, since it was Sunday, she was unwilling to get up earlier (8:00 a.m.) to accommodate us.
