The view staff location is all good

Very nice hotel with great views. Friendly and helpful employees. The breakfast was great, a bit larger than most ive had in Morocco which was a very welcome addition after the Toubkal trek.

The location of the hotel is a bit harder to get to. You have to go through multiple darker alleys with some stairs (2 routes available). Be aware if this if you bring heavy luggage or tired legs!

The hotel had beautiful views from our room, the rooftop and the dining room.

First, it was very hard to find. And we got no guidance ahead of time. We used 3 different routes and the one suggested by staff was the straightest but was still on a muddy path and dark at night. It’s near town but there is no easy route down the hill to the town. Thank goodness we had moved our stuff to duffles and didn’t try to carry our suitcases up there Our greeting by the staff was not particularly warm or friendly. There were no vegetarian options for their dinner. But we had a nice dinner in town. The bath mat in our bathroom was slacking wet when we checked in. I bought it to that guy at the front desk and he said he’d bring me something as a replacement but he didn’t. My husband had no hot water when he showered. After we reported that they fixed the gas to the room.
