Great to get some R&R for a few days after being in the rainforest for wildlife activities. It’s a nice stop, but the hotel is starting to look worn now and it’s in need of a refurb soon. The room sizes are great, enjoyed the yoga and it’s a fab size pool. Definitely visit their other beach - much more idyllic than the one in front of the pool.

Cons:
Room facilities were a bit outdated.
One of the bottle of water was very dirty and we drank half of it before noticing, good thing no bad reactions and hotel staff was very supportive and made amends.
Boat rides were quite pricy
Foods were ok-ish, nothing to highlight

This island resort is average, would not call it a Luxurious. Rooms are dated and badly maintained. Breakfast spreads are mediocre. We tried Teppaniyaki restaraunt was okay, nothing special. The fisherman's cove didnt allow kids under 12, which made my son very disappointed. Some staff were polite and helpful, while other didnt bother much. There was a rude lady at the bar. Overall bar staff were not helpful, not attending to tables, we waited for a long time to get their attention, at the end i went down to order from the bar, we saw other tables waiting to order for a long time as well. I would expect a resort that call itself 5 star have at least an F&B manager supervising outlets. In 5 days there, we didnt see such person. That is my opinion.
