Comfortable stay near Orly Airport.

Its proximity to Orly Airport, room was large and comfortable, coffeemaker in the room, breakfast had many choices, and restaurant food was very good. It also had a free shuttle to the airport. Staff was very helpful.

Nice basic airport hotel. Was quiet even though on main road. Walking distance to grocery store/shoping. Good value. Clean. Perfect for one night stay to get a flight next day. Shuttle pickup at Orly was great.

Staff was great. Front desk staff was wonderful. Dont exactly remember the staff name (kera or something). She was very customer focused.

Restaurant dinner staff was not great. She was more focused having chit chat with the other staff rather than focusing on who is dining.

Good location, poor amenities.

We had to sleep close to the airport and this was the best option that met our budget. The room was big and it looked nice. The shower was also good. We enjoyed being close to the airport for our flight the next day.

I really don't know how this hotel is a 4* hotel. The amenities were poor: there were no slippers in the room (when we asked at the reception they said they didn't have any), the bed and pillows had stains all over it, and the bathroom was quite small compared to the size of the room.

Never again

Hotel shuttle refused to pick us up 3 times until airline staff were taken. We waited an hour around midnight in the cold. My children were crying. It didn’t improve my previous opinion of France.

There was a very disturbing cigarettes smell in the room, like someone was smoking there a few minutes before. I had to open both windows for half an hour to even be able to sit there.

I honestly liked the location and the hotel looks nice but needs maintenance. The rooms need to be a checked before and cleaned well. The breakfast was nice and looks good.

Needs maintenance and needs to be a bit cleaner regarding the rooms. There is a mirror broken next to the check inn the carpet of the room towards the bathroom torn and the shower has a broken handle so no where to hang it. I think points like that need to be checked in advance

We just wanted an airport hotel to not have to travel back to Paris the same day as our flight.

Room is very comfortable and good looking, clean. Perfect for a couple with some sort of mirrors. Nice lightning.
