I was a bit early in case I could leave my bag or check in early; however, the team arrived 15 minutes after the official check-in time, which starts at 15:00.
I understand that it is a budget hotel (it seems they have a business class in a different building), but during a heat wave, it was difficult to be without an air conditioner or a mini fridge in the room. At least the hotel can invest in vending machines for cold drinks and snacks.

Very friendly and professional staff. Always there with a smile in their face. Helpful with all questions and requests I had. The breakfast with warm and cold choices and with different kind of delicious self made jam. The breakfast room is very cosy well located with a big glass terrace facing a little pond with a water fountain and the garden. The location is amazing. 5 walking minutes to shops, restaurants, banks, ATMs, underground METRO and even a mall with food court is nearby. Thank you for your care!!!

It was a nice location, metro close by, several stores close by.
The option on how to clean the room was nice, the present we got was nice.
The elevator didn't work, the heater in our room barely worked, the entrance for the cars didn't look invitable, mini bars outside the room didn't work.
No kettle in the rooms.
