Sea front bungalow rooms with AC very comfortable and spacious. Well organised. I did my AOW with Chloe which was great - patient and fun. All the guides were friendly and knowledgable. Enjoyable and well priced massage. Recommend visiting the coffee shop down the road if you can!

We went after peak season and some things were a bit tired (door sticky). Food was good but if you’re here for a long time recommend going to town 1/2 times for a change of scenery. Recommended being a competent & confident diver because fun dives are more guides than instructed.

10/10 stay – easily the best coral reef around! Location: Best snorkeling in town directly off the beach. Food & Vibe: Outstanding food, great dining space, and comfortable common area. Staff & Service: Incredible team! They handled our private transfer and booked all activities seamlessly (we did the dolphin tour and two joint snorkeling boat trips—all perfect). Accommodation: We chose the budget bungalow, but being right on the sand made it unbeatable. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

- The shower water was slightly salty—it seems to go through a filter, but you can still notice it. It’s not a major issue and is completely understandable given the fresh water limitations on a small island like Bunaken, but it's worth keeping in mind. - Electric mosquito plug-ins should really be standard in the rooms (and it isn't - bring your own). The bungalows have enough gaps that mosquitoes easily get inside, even when the doors are fully closed.

The food was consistently good, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included and a reasonable variety of Indonesian and Western-style dishes, vegetables, salad or soup and fresh fruit. I would also like to mention the local driver and boat crew involved in my transfers. They were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous throughout the journeys.

I booked a 40 m² Deluxe Bungalow with Sea View, including a separate living area, sofa, terrace and mosquito net as described on Booking.com. Instead, I received a significantly smaller and simpler bungalow without these features, with mainly a garden view. I was told that the advertised bungalow was occupied by another guest. There was also no housekeeping during my three-night stay, despite the stated cleaning schedule. Transfer arrangements were not clearly communicated in advance, and check-in was somewhat disorganised. Overall, communication and service felt insufficient, and I would have appreciated more interest in whether everything was okay with my room and stay.
