Granada I Apartments

Easy access from street to apartments, even for slightly handicapped people like we are. We particularly enjoyed the solarly heated swimming pool uoto 25 degrees. Clever technique!

There were 2 rooms and the kitchen was well stocked. There was a balcony. View was lovely esp at sunset and the gentle breeze cooled the apartment. Initially the walk to apartment seemed challenging but doing it constantly it was easier and easier and I am fitter !

Although high it was near the main road that was busy so constant traffic noise but it also meant we had easy access to buses.

The location is great, Patalavaca restaurants are within walking distance, there's a a Spar just below the building. Bathroom was spotless and the apartment overall was really clean.

The WiFi is horrible. It's without a password and a prompt-in screen is used instead, but on certain devices it just does not appear. The suggestion from the owner was 'to insist trying', which is disappointing to say the least. Moreover, sometimes the WiFi just drops and you have to restart the connection. Would not recommend the apartment for anyone who needs to work remotely. Due to the architecture of the building, the swimming pool is in shade for almost all of the day. The water is not hot enough to use it without sun exposure, so we only tried using the pool once. Even though we opted for the 2nd floor, we received the apartment on ground floor due to some scheduling conflicts, according to the owner. Our terrace was on the path to another apparment, so there was a big lack of privacy. During working hours, gardeners were walking by for a significant amount of time, so the terrace became pretty public.
