Geweldig leuk hotel. Perfect centraal gelegen in het gezellige Matala. Strand op een steenworp. Privé parkeren op 50 meter. Zeer schone (bad)kamers. Goede bedden. Mooie terrassen.
Gastvrije familie, spreken goed Engels.
Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad van 2 nachten.

The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming.
The location is perfect, right in the center of Matala, which makes everything easily accessible.
Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room. I had paid for a deluxe room with a double bed, but instead received what seemed to be one of the smallest rooms, with two single beds.
The room was not spacious, didn’t feel special, and looked quite basic compared to what I had booked.
Even after mentioning the issue, I wasn’t moved to the correct room, nor was any form of compensation offered or a price adjustment made.
In the end, I paid for a room I did not stay in, which was disappointing and felt like poor value for money.
