The room was quiet & the bed was comfortable. Excellent breakfast with good coffee. We enjoyed the pool & steam room.
Would have liked to stay in the pool for longer which closed at 8pm. Half an hour longer would
have been good, also opening at 8am would be
better. But apart from that we had a lovely stay.

I appreciate free entrance to internal pool and wellness. I tried bowling, billiard and football with my family. Food in the restaurant was very good and prices were reasonable. I liked to stay here.
One fridge (from two) in family superior room did not work. Not a big deal.

Clean and simple
Staff has no education on how to communicate with guests/customers. They need to give education to their staff if they want to have good results and good customer satisfaction!
How you didn't teach your staffs that they cannot do to guests & customers whining and breathing loudly at the customer? Acting like guests as their child!
I could give 1 rate but i think this would not be fair because this hotel deserves better staff(worker) and a better rating.
Also please tell Barbara she should not wear man glasses, I can recommend that she can go to Semi Optik, Mrs Petra will find perfect glasses for her face.
