Really, really friendly, good people who own/manage the venue. I very much appreciated the kindness shown to me by them. It’s a beautiful place, I like what they have done with the styling and decor. It feels soothing, welcoming to be there. They were kindly flexible with which room I wanted (I’d been stressed recently and as silly as it sounds, they let me view multiple rooms to choose which colour room would suit my mood best at my request). The room was a nice size for one person and though the shower cubicle is small, the water pressure is some of the best I’ve experienced in all my visits to the island. Breakfast was very good. I wasn’t sure what to expect (I am not Vegan myself) but it was really very delicious and balanced. There is a small shop at the back of the venue for items such as pottery, clothing, jewellery. They had some very nice pieces, cash only. The beach is just a few minutes walk downhill. I really hope they/the venue are OK because I left as storms/floods hit the area and the videos from this area looked quite bad. Thank you for everything.

Things to note, more than things I “disliked” because I really liked everything. Parking was a bit tricky at times compared to other places I’ve stayed on the island. I had to do a few laps of the available spaces and wait for one to become free. Shower cubicle is quite small. The area itself is quite “resorty” and there are a few larger hotels nearby. This might be a bad thing for some. I thought it might be for me, but mid-late October it wasn’t too bad at all.

Lovely family style hotel with an excellent restaurant. Clean, tastefuly furnished, with a home like feel. For a stay in that part of Ibiza, I would recommend this place highly. For tennis buffs there is a nice tennis club next door.

Nothing negative about the property. The local beach was nice but smallish, a bit rocky and crowded.

It's a good enough place which makes you feel a bit more comfortable than a cheap hostel. Cleaning was good and applied on a daily basis and they changed towel every day. Also good AC. Room isolation was good and there's a nice terrace upstairs to relax.

The room is small and lacks basic storage, there isn’t even a wardrobe. Lighting is poor, making the space feel darker and less welcoming. Internet is not great. Breakfast was underwhelming. There is no selection but just have to go with what's on the menu that day. While food was good, coffee/cappuccino were particularly disappointing. Service begins at 9:00 a.m., which is too late if you plan to start your day early and hit the beach before the crowd or explore the island; in practice, you’re forced to skip it. On our final morning, we arrived for breakfast at 9 sharp, along with other guests, but no one was served. While emergencies can happen anytime, the communication was clumsy and unprofessional. We waited about 20 minutes with no explanation as to what was going on or whether we would be served at all. Eventually, a waitress came out and simply said, “I have an urgency I have to leave, sorry” without more explanations or clarifying that breakfast wouldn’t be provided or how guests who had to leave immediately could manage the checkout. Only after guests explicitly asked, “Are we going to be served or not?” were we told we could go to a nearby bar and get refunded. So I did but when I requested the refund later on, there was visible tension and the member seemed unsure how to handle it, until the owner arrived and immediately processed the refund in a very kind and efficient manner, where you can tell the difference from somebody who knows the job and someone who's new to it. I’d recommend not leaving the entire operation to staff who are clearly new to this kind of work; better training properly or oversight would make a big difference. Considering all of this I found it too expensive.
