Cleanliness, politeness of the staff

The experience with the staff was a mix. When I arrived they were able to help me with an early check in. Later I wanted ironing service and called the reception. The person said he would send someone but never did even after 2 days. Then I walked into the restaurant for dinner but then requested them to send food to the room. A hour later, the food still didn’t arrive. When it came the reason was that the senior was on leave on Wednesdays and the person who took my order didn’t inform the kitchen hence service was getting delayed. Later I called the reception to request clearing off the plates after a inroom dining. Same response that they will send in a few mins. But they collected the plates only next day. Im beginning to wonder if the hotel is understaffed.

The location is quite convenient. The hotel rooms, bed and linen were clean. The room is compact and suitable for two

Bathroom is too small. There are no TV channels to watch.

The precincts of the hotel are good.

Extremely small rooms.. very claustrophobic. The hotel is old --- looks like old --- so there were plumbing issues and also the bathroom door latch was broken, the window blinds were broken. Everything looked worn out. I think I gave more money for something really not upto mark. However the bed and the pillows were comfortable. The temperature of the room well maintained. But extremely claustrophobic as the rooms were really tiny.
