Silent, comfortable accomodation with more than 300 years history.

The breakfast was OK. The staff refilled the buffet table appropriately. It was close (but far enough to be silent) to Klagenfurt and the Worther lake. A lot of hiking possibilities. One of the employees could speak Hungarian, which was unexpected and therefore absolutely positive.

Warm water supply could have been better, since the cold is really cold there.

Nice stay for good price

Our family stayed here for 5 nights and had nice bike tour trip. We liked good location of the appartment, it is closed to the Worthersee and Klagenfurt. The furniture is older but everything was clean and well equipped. Only thing we missed was drying rack for clothes. Overall we were satisfied.

Depends on what you are searching for. Overnight during the way from north to south and back through Loiblpass? Yes! Location in the middle of Karnten attractions? Yes! A place to spend holiday? Better not. A good restaurant in the hotel. The most important - friendly boss and staff.

The old building but appartment was clean. Equipment not luxury, but more than acceptable. The only problem is noisy location next to the main road.

The host was very nice and helpful, the breakfast was correct.

The accommodation was not the cheapest as compared to other rates and the cleaning fee - which was expensive - was charged separately.

Vacanza a Ferlach

Il giardino in mezzo alla natura, la presenza di una piscina ad accesso libero, la posizione vicina alle montagne, la gentilezza di alcuni membri dello staff, il fatto che fosse una gestione familiare, il clima popolare. Il parcheggio sempre disponibile. La cucina del ristorante è buona e al giusto prezzo.

All'arrivo la persona che ci ha accolto non parlava inglese, ci ha fatto compilare un modulo e, senza nessuna informazione e indicazione, ci ha consegnato chiavi sbagliate; poi finalmente è arrivata una signora gentile che ci ha reso possibile l'accesso all' appartamento. Le dotazioni nell' appartamento sono assolutamente minime. La struttura sarebbe bella, è un edificio antico che meriterebbe di essere valorizzato, ma parte dell' arredo è vecchio ed andrebbe sistemato e sostituito. Anche la piscina dovrebbe essere più curata e ben mantenuta. Ma veramente ci ha deluso e messo a disagio il trattamento inqualificabile del cameriere quando abbiamo cenato la sera prima della partenza: atteggiamento antipatico e respingente, ci ha relegato in un tavolino in una zona di passaggio, nonostante la nostra precedente prenotazione, non ha cambiato la tovaglia chiaramente già usata e sporcata dagli avventori precedenti e sembrava non capire quello che chiedevamo in inglese. Una persona completamente inadatta ad accogliere ospiti e turisti.
