Superb

Excellent hotel for stay in Austria's best ski resort. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The rooms were spacious , very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was healthy and with a great offer on breads, fruits and yoghurt as well as some warm dishes. Spacious carpark in front of the hotel and the ski bus stop at the hotel's doorstep. The bus brings you to the lift in 5 min. will definitely return, great value for money!

The hotel is very tidy and clean. Closeby a nice skiarea. The breakfast is ok. The wellness is a plus but it is quite small, so if others are visiting as well, you will have to wait.

The half-board option does not live up to the 4-star rating. Mainly the dinner is underwhelming. The different dishes are limited in quantity and the quality is varying from ok to poor. They would be better off serving only a couple dishes properly or raising the price to deliver sufficient quality.

Extremely helpful people at the hotel. Flexible for anything you need and they understand the needs which are almost common. Also, on check out, the manager offered us to leave our bags at the reception and when we come back from skiing to pick up the bags, he offered us to use the relaxation Center which is in the hotel to freshen up.

Skiers' lux base

Pretty much everything, the rooms were comfortable and I enjoyed the two saunas.

The only minor issue was with the time it took to serve three courses of the half board dinner, as it could easily be 1h+ before the main was served. But then I do appreciate this is a family run hotel and we were there during a busy period between Christmas and the New Year.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel mit sehr Guter Lage und tollem Personal

Es gibt ein wirklich gutes und reichliches Frühstücksbüffet und z.B. Eierspeisen wurden direkt auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet und man ist sofort auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingegangen. Es ist ein kleineres (20 Zimmer) Inhabergeführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und engagiertem Personal. Auch für das Abendessen gibt es im Hotel eine kleine aber feine Karte und eine grosse Weinauswahl. Der Wellnessbereich ist auch absolut Klasse. Vom Hotel sind es nur knapp 400m zum Bahnhof. Also war für uns die Lage zur Bahn zum Hahnenkamm Rennen optimal. Parkmöglichkeiten (kostenlos) gibt es auch direkt vor dem Haus. Also absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Betten könnten ein Upgrade vertragen und der TV (kein Smart TV) ist nicht mehr wirklich zeitgemäß.

Prachtig authentiek, maar modern, Oostenrijks hotel. Zeer vriendelijk! Helaas, vanwege het weer, maar 1 nacht gebleven. Heerlijk ontbijt + diner.
