Cleanliness of my room
I think the upper private pool should be cleaned and drinks should be served. It would make it more exclusive to guests and would entice them to spend more.

Beautiful green hotel,
large variety of food in the buffet,
Different food every day
spacious rooms and large balconies

Rocky beach - very unpleasant to enter and exit! although on the photos the beach look sundy in fact it's NOT
At the buffet staff were always on you, taking plates while you were eating; although lunch and dinner should be closing at 3pm and 10pm respectively, staff pushed you away and closed down before that time with saying 'we have to close';
Unreasonably early check-out
No drinking water dispensers
Everything you do at the hotel is at extra cost - baby cot, drinking water; cocktails are unreasonably expensive - we felt ripped off
Just one restaurant - you have breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the same place - good for short stay
