Second time here, really a nice hotel given London standards at this price point. Lovely rooms, well equipped and cozy. well connected to public transport and located in a nice neighborhood. For both biz trip or leisure I would happily come again.

Perfect location for our needs. Tidy and clean. Comfortable bed.
Lack of ventilation to bedroom area.
A few maintenance issues.
Second chair would be useful for eating at table when more than a single person staying.

The location is great. The room was clean.
The whole hotel just felt unfinished. The room had two spot lights and was so dark, none of the lamps plugged in or turned on. There was no mirror in the room and one plug socket for the entire room. We had to get a builders extension lead to get ready and use a hair dryer. The reception phone was just a phone that didn’t plug into anything. The air-con didn’t work. For £250 I’d expect much more.
