Apartment Maestrale allows you to experience the deep history of Tuscany, since it is located near by the Etruscan settlements of Cortona, the lovely medieval towns of Castiglion Fiorentino and Lucignano and the castle of Montecchio Vesponi.
The Apartment Maestrale is set in the flourishing countryside of the Val di Chiana and is bordered with lush olive trees, sunflowers and a charming garden of cypress trees.
From a gorgeous Tuscan styled portico a flight of external stairs leads you to the first floor which contains a cosy living/ dining area and fireplace, a kitchen, two master bedrooms, and one bedroom with 2 single beds. This floor also has 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and the other with a shower.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Rosa dei Venti. Barbara and her husband are wonderful hosts. We had a very nice spacious 3-bedroom apartimento. It was unusually warm so the pool was a terrific plus. The villa is close to Cortona (Under the Tuscan Sun) and anywhere from 20- 75 minutes to get to other interesting towns: Montepulciano, Castellina in Chianti, Radda in Chianti. One thing to note is there is a bullet train that passes by and is quite loud during the day but stops by 10 at night. Other than that, a nice place to relax.
