About this house rental
Casa Amarilla is located between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. It is your home away from home. You and your family will enjoy a relaxing getaway while making lasting memories. This cottage has been fully restored after the devastating affects of Hurricane Michael. We hope you will enjoy this quaint and comfortable home as much as we have. Come, relax, take a stroll on the beach, watch a beautiful sunset, hang out with the locals, and enjoy God’s creations at Casa Amarillo.
The House is located right across the street from the beach with beautiful ocean views. The dolphins can be spotted swimming from the screened in front porch as well as the beautiful red orange sunset. The house is in the Beacon Hill Community About 10 miles west of downtown Port St Joe, Florida and a few blocks from Mexico city Beach. The veterans memorial park and public beach is literally right beside our house and beach access.

We visited on our trip around the entire coast of Flordia. We love the Gulf beaches and the quietness of this location was great for our family!! We visited a few local restaurants that were close by during our stay as well. The house was great, it had everything we needed and was very clean! The adults loved the front screened in porch and the kids enjoyed having the loft all to themselves!! The owner's were quick to reach out when we had a question prior to our arrival. The only regret we had was not asking our parents (children's grandparents) to join our family of 5 for our stay at this great location since we had the room for extra guests!!

The beach house was nice and quiet… we liked the outdoor porch area, it was nice. the overall area was super quiet and going to the beach was just a short walk, so it was good. There was no dishwasher but that’s okay! My family and I watched tv, played cards and we even used the outdoor grill.

The beach house is adorable! Gorgeous views, great enclosed porch, and the interior spaces are charming. Right across from the beach - it really is perfect. My family and I can’t wait to return and stay again!

Beds are advertised as queens. They are fulls!!! This made my stay less than pleasurable. No dishwasher but that wasn’t too bad. Huge table that took up a lot of space. Not sure if I’ll return.
