Nice and clean. Good price/quality. Reception staff a bit disappointing.
We liked the pool area, the location close to the village center (5 min walking distance), and the rooms was clean and with a niche small balcony on the garden. Free parking outside.
One of receptionists could speak only French, and she was quite unfriendly. Fitness center insufficient. In general not bad but for a 4 stars it is a bit overrated.

The old style 'family hotel' setting, the setup of the building & facilities. Size and furnishing of the room.
It is all a bit old, dated. 1970's. Old fashioned locks on room doors, to few powersockets in room etc. One of the towels in bathroom was used & refolded. Bar serving terrace & pool not open until 6pm.

Little things let the property down
Quiet, peaceful place.
Staff were not very helpful or welcoming - the front desk ones. Junior restaurant staff were very professional though. For a Spa hotel, disappointing that there were no bath robes in room, or slippers, or even decent toiletries. Food portions at dinner are too small for the average appetite and the service is very institutionalised,
