It is clean and right next to some beaches, in Magaluf near Palma. Palma is 20 minutes by car so it’s a great location if you are renting a vehicle. Magaluf is apparently the “party quarter” of Palma and the noise sometimes woke us up, but that’s fine. The staff are friendly and helpful, we had no problems.
It’s a bit hidden away and in a shady neighborhood but other than that it’s fine.

kitchen lacks some fundamental equipment like cutting board or cutting nife. no washing mashine for clothes.
