3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Single Family Home located on a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is well maintained and kept immaculately clean throughout the year. The split floor plan is spacious with master bed and bathroom on the left side of the house with the two guest bedrooms on the opposite side past the living and kitchen area. High ceilings offer a feeling of ease and clarity to enjoy with peace of mind. The area offers beautiful scenery and perfect weather throughout the winter months with many things to do and places to see in addition to the must-see award winning beaches.
The home comes fully furnished with 2 Queen size beds and 2 double bedss. All linens, blankets, pillows and bed sheets included. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cookware including utensils, cookware, plates, cups, etc.. Cable televeision and high-speed internet are also included.

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler that was available for our use. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. Good location and close to everything we wanted

This is a beautiful house in excellent condition. The communication with the property owner was excellent. I would recommend this property to anyone. I hope it is available for our trip next season as well.

The home is located in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. The property is as advertised and we were very comfortable for our three month stay. The few issues that we had in the beginning were handled immediately by the property manager and the owners. It
is a short drive to three beaches and easy access to Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte and Venice. We had a great time.

We stayed here for over 10 weeks in winter, 2022.
Pros: This home is spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds are reasonably comfortable. We found it to be a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming.
Cons: We had a couple of annoying issues to start our stay - apparently the home wasn’t occupied for a lengthy period of time before our arrival. As the water wasn’t run for some time it had a very strong sulfur smell for a day or so. The result was the entire house had a strong odor that required us to open the windows for hours in order to clear it out. Also the house wasn’t very clean when we arrived and there were dishes in the cupboard that weren’t clean, some of which had greasy fingerprints on them. The cushions/springs of the sofa and love seat in the tv room are completely worn out making it difficult to find a comfortable seating position.
