Der Kirchheimerhof - Superior

Prekrasan tipični austrijski hotel sa odličnim dodatnim sadržajima i jako ukusnom lokalnom hranom. Djelatnici su vrlo uslužni i ljubazni, bazeni su topli, dobar je izbor sauna. Oko hotela je mala farma s domaćim životinjama, dječje igralište, ležaljke na livadi. Jako smo se ugodno osjećali jer se u detaljima vidi da su vlasnici promislili o svim gostima, pogotovo djeci: vozila za jurnjavu ispred hotela dok roditelji uživaju u kavi ili Aperolu, društvene igre koje se mogu posuditi na recepciji, bazen otvoren za djecu cijelo vrijeme..

Samo sitnice koje nimalo nisu umanjile oduševljenje: madrac je malo dotrajao i bilo bi lijepo da imaju snažniji fen za sušenje kose za posuditi na recepciji.

Family friendly

Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was large enough for 2 adults, 2 kids and our dog and had plenty of storage. The decor was a little dated but everything was very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a really good variety. The restaurant staff were really friendly, efficient and professional, especially Zoltan the manager. The adult and family spa areas were great and the pool was perfect in the heat wave we were having during our stay. The hotel was very accommodating of our dog which was welcome to join in the sun lounger area as the pool was fenced off. The property really offered loads for a great family holiday.

Very little. The king size bed in our room was hard and for us quite uncomfortable. The kids sofa bed was even harder. Rooms were quite warm over night and there’s no air conditioning or fans. Thankfully we had a north facing room so it was generally cool enough with the windows wide open. Room was bit dated given the price. Otherwise a really nice hotel for a family stay.

Wellnessbereich war schön. Personal besonders im Kinderbereich war sehr nett.

Kein flächendeckendes High Speed Internet, auch mit einem nachträglich installierten Verstärker nicht gelöst. Einige Sicherheitsmängel (Wasserkocher im Kinderbereich auf der Treppe bzw. Kabel über die Treppe) - man hat gemerkt das das Haus für die aktuellen Anforderungen nicht gemacht ist. Auch bei der Tischbelegung im Restaurant. Die Anzahl der Tisch passte zwar zur Zimmeranzahl aber nicht zur Belegung der Zimmer mit Kindern. Und der Mittagssnack war meist nicht Kindgerecht.
