The hotel boasts an unparalleled location, situated directly on the seafront, providing breathtaking sea views. My room exceeded expectations; not only was it immaculate, but it also featured a range of modern amenities for a comfortable stay. As for dining, the culinary offerings were exceptional, featuring a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the warm and accommodating staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable, providing helpful recommendations and attentive service.
Beyond the room and dining, the wellness facilities truly enhanced our stay. The swimming pool was inviting and well-maintained, perfect for both leisurely swims and energizing laps. The jacuzzi provided a soothing escape, while the sauna and steam room offered a detoxifying experience. The cold showers and ice room were a refreshing contrast, effectively invigorating the senses. Finally, the relaxation areas offered a tranquil space to unwind, rounding out an extensive list of facilities designed for ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation.

Too many guests during the summer time, often had to wait long for elevators and breakfast was quite crowded

Property is in an excellent location. Close to promenade and the beach. The room was bright and clean. The buffet had plentiful options.
Cocktail bar/lounge in lobby had limited options and lacked ambiance. For a 5 star hotel this area simply was below other standard 5 star hotels.

The hotel is in a really great location. Those who have the classic claim to a 5* hotel will certainly be disappointed. It is a well kept hotel for a family with children. If you go to breakfast in time, you also have your quiet place in the morning. Good breakfast in bright and friendly rooms. If you need a parking space, it would have to be reserved in advance at the hotel. Directly opposite the hotel there is a guarded parking lot, which is 15 zloty per day cheaper than in the hotel itself.
Currently, the promenade is being redesigned with great effort. However, the nuisance caused by construction noise is quite bearable. A technical problem (air conditioning could not be used) took 3 days to fix. Surely there was a weekend in between, but for a 5* hotel a timely repair would be more the expectation.
