He needs to be much more professional in guest relations and to learn how to handle challenged situations. It’s a 5* hotel and the level of customer service is very important - arguing with guests is not ideal . However the rest of the team was very nice.

i was in Berulia a lot of times , but i saw that a guest from western Europše is more respected

Housekeeping was superb. Dinner was tasty, however not a 5-star selection nor quality, same for breakfast. Pool area is very clean and spacious. Spa is very convenient with very friendly staff. There are plenty sun beds around the pool area, however at the beach you have to pay for it. Lobby area is very beautiful ans spacious, however the bar does not serve coffee nor drinks before 16:00 p.m. We did feel very relaxed throughout our stay.
Tile on the balcony in a superior sea-view room, were moving and basically not glued, which was very dangerous. Drinks and any bar were very pricy, however with minimal traces of alcohol in it, which felt a bit cheap. Generally it felt like a challenge to get a drink throughout the facility, except a lovely lady at dinner, who was very professional and welcoming. The parking lot is overcrowded with a very high risk of getting scratches, as the cars are parked very close to one another, however very friendly parking lot staff offers alternative site and provides a ride from the hotel to the off-site parking lot.
