Cleanliness and proximity to the centre of Nerja. Communication for late check in. Close to the bus station.
The only thing I can think of is it was slightly pricey as no breakfast was provided, but I knew that when I booked.

The staff seem disconnected from the customer. Pleasantries are limited, and the reception hours listed on the door are completely inaccurate. Woken very early each morning by the sounds of cleaning other rooms
