The location is amazing and the hotel is beautiful. The rooms were modern and most of the staff were lovely and friendly.
There were so many ants coming from our vent in the room it was disgusting. When we complained to management they were unfazed and said 'oh did you have the heating on in your room' which was just totally irrelevant(by the way, the heating came on by itself every night anyway without us pressing anything). They then told us they would send in the maid to exterminate them. We went back to our room unsatisfied, it took my partner asking them 3 times to change room again before they allowed us to change it was disgraceful, there was no apology or anything. Also the 'thermal spa pool' is just a regular indoor pool and its €10 per person for an hour, which seems stingy in my opinion.
