Lovely and clean, great location and great food.

Sunbed reserving… lots of beds had towels on but no one sat on them for hours.

Upon approaching the hotel for the first time it looked clean and welcoming. The breakfast every morning of out 7 day stay was always kept fresh, all the various food trays (both hot food, fruit & pastries) were never "packed" (big amounts cooked and placed on trays meaning the food could have been there for a while), they were constantly being topped up with fresh product so no food was sitting there for more than a few minutes. Staff were alert to when freshly cooked or prepared food needed to be replenished for guests. The bar food ordered during the day was fresh, hot and cooked to perfection. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, especially the man welcoming guests for breakfast, he was genuine and always had a proper smile on him! Yo can always tell a proper smile by the eyes As my birthday was during my stay here the bottle of prosecco was a nice touch. The air conditioning was perfect in the rooms and the bar / lobby / food areas. We did not have children with us, but during the day and evening there were various events (games, dancing, entertainment) provided to keep the children occupied and happy, which is a great help if you do have children with you!

Somehow my information (my full name, dates of my stay and amount paid / due on arrival) was hacked and I received a scam / fraudulent WhatsApp message a few days before my arrival, stating my full name, my dates of stay from 20th July to 27th July 2026, and the amount I had to pay on arrival, asking to confirm some personal details (address, phone number and bank card details). I rang them to ask about the WhatsApp message, and I was told it was a scam known to them, and 2 days later I received an email warning of a data breach. They should have systems in place that alerts them immediately to this (as outlined in EU Legislation), not reacting days after a guest has alerted them to this! I found this strange as there should be safeguards in relation to my data with current European GDPR legislation. If this was a genuine hack into their database, or some dodgy staff member passing on details I don't know, but I had to cancel both my bank cards just days before I travelled, which obviously caused issues with cancelling bank cards and getting new bank cards, the ringing and organising the new bank card details for bills / payments (car insurance, car finance, mobile phone bills, and subscription services etc.) I have, resulting in me having to phone / email / log in etc. to numerous various websites etc. to change bank card details after I returned from my holiday! The guests in the room beside me smoked weed and the smell was very strong in the area outside the rooms around them, the hotel management should have investigated the strong smell that was always there every time I left and entered my room, it was very obvious what it was, however I don't know the Spanish law in relation to weed/hash, but there is a no smoking policy in the rooms.

The location. Extensive breakfast offering. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room furniture with plenty of storage space.

Loved its location

No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, for a 4 star we would have expected this. Upon asking at reception was informed that they did not supply this facility, if they did not have kettles in rooms there should be one available on request.
