Very good location. Walk distance to the main bus and railway station, and to the university.
Room was very clean and comfort. Bed was very comfort.
Breakfast was good, but not as rich as in other hotels in Israel.
There should be a sign on the street near the hotel that shows how to reach the entrance. We had to do a walk around to find it.
We missed Kleenex paper and disposable footwear in the room.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful
Air conditioner in room 720 didn’t work. Hand to relocate to room 710.

Great staff very keen to help. Wonderful breakfast.
Didn’t get bottles of water to the room, room
Maintenance was not excellent especially the bathroom. Floors felt not so clean when walked with bare feet.
