Really good place to spend several days on a see shore without thinking of anything else

The location on the first line is a great thing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The amount and quality of food during breakfast, lunch and dinner is immense. :)

WiFi speed is very low. Neighborhood is noisy, one needs to close windows for quiet rest.

Location was good however I prefer the quieter part of pineta

The food management was disastrous. We had not be served what we ordered. It was a big mess with the food order and the waiters were chaotic and unable to cope.

I still adore this place!

This was our second visit in Capitol. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, location is perfect. Nothing changed since our last visit, and that was perfect.

The breakfast selection could be improved a bit with beans, more fruits and more vegetarian options.

Lovely staff, great pool, right on the beach, right next to so many restaurants and shops. All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast had something for everyone and all corona safe.

Boli sme tu tretí krát. Je pohodlné prepojenie hotela, baru s bazénom a plážou. Ide o okrajovú časť Jesola. So psom mal som kam vybehnúť. Strava bola vynikajúca a bohatá..

Hotel má možnosť nabíjania, avšak pre nedostatok parkovacích miest bolo stále obsadené inými vozidlami. Hotel nevedel zabezpečiť uvoľnenie miesta pre nabíjanie.

Ich komme wieder...

Jedes Zimmer hat eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, einen Balkon mit seitlichen Meerblick, es war sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, das Abendessen war auch sehr gut. Das Schwimmbad ist sauber und angenehm warm. Das Personal ist sehr nett

Camera și baia erau recent renovate , aer condiționat și-a făcut treaba cu brio pe toată șederea noastră. Mâncarea bună au fost seri cu bufet și seri cu meniu a la carte . Am avut noroc să găsim parcare chiar în fața hotelului .

Prea puține variante vegetariene . Ținând cont ca suntem în Italia , legumele - prea puține feluri ( măslinele au lipsit mereu ) brânzeturile la fel .

Die Lage ist super, 2min zum Strand, alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Pool super und sauer. Zimmer ebenso.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich okay, ich habe aber in 4Sterne-Hotels wirklich auch schon bessere gesehen. Sehr eintönig.

Die Lage ist super , wir waren schon früher mit unseren Kindern dort, jeden Sommer, haben dort Freunde gefunden und sind auch heute noch mit denen befreundet.

Das Essen hat nicht unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen . Wenig Auswahl bei den Salaten und die Hauptgerichte leider nicht sehr geschmackvoll

ALLES wirklich sauber, nett und schön. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Alles supersauber und ALLE Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und bemüht. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage ist top. Das Zimmer ist groß genug und auch das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und modern.

Schön wäre es wenn man im Freien frühstücken könnte aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Im Badezimmer könnte man ev. noch ein kleines Schränkchen hinstellen damit man ein bisschen Ablagefläche hat (Frauen haben ja meistens zuviel dabei, behaupten zumindest unsere Männer 🤭)

Worst sound proofing hotel ever?

Hotel je v dobré lolalitě s možností parkování zdarma přímo před hotelem, rychlý check-in, pěkný bazén a pláž hned u hotelu. Pokoj byl v pořádku. Snídaně a večeře byly dobré.

Divím se že na takto dobře hodnocený hotel nikdo nezminůje hluk, odhlučení, protože kdyby ano tak by jsme si tento hotel rozhodně nevybrali. Nejhůře odhlučněný hotel co jsme v životě zažili. Měli jsme pokoj 316 který byl hned u schodů. Každé ráno od 7 hodin byl hluk od uklízeček a ostatních hostů a hlavně dětí co řvou a běhají po chodbách, každý hluk a ruch byl slyšet a na 4hvězdičkový hotel toto opravdu není v pořádku, byly jsme nadšeni že v hotelu jsme měli být jen 2 noci protože víc by jsme tam nezvládli. Uklízečka v 8:10 zatuťkala na dveře asi 5krát i když jsme měli nerušit/do not disturb mod. Postel byla rozdělená docela tvrdá, včetně polštářů. Večeře za docela velký příplatek si mýslím, že se nevyplatí a při check-outu chtějí doplatit i za vodu. Na snídaních byl velmi hnusný juice z automatu co asi nevidělo ovoce.

Gefallen hat uns der Ausblick von der Rezeption über die Terrasse aufs Meer. Das Housekeeping war sehr freundlich und bemüht, trotz der vielen Zimmer die sie zu machen hatte.

Weniger gefallen bzw. enttäuscht hat uns das Servicepersonal im Restaurant. Es nicht sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend oder aufmerksam. Egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen es standen immer sehr viele leere Teller am Tisch die sehr spät abgeräumt wurden obwohl mehrere Kellner am Tisch vorbeigelaufen sind ohne etwas in der Hand zu haben. Die Gläser waren schmutzig (z.B. Lippenstiftränder) trotz mehrmaliger Erwähnung beim Personal änderte sich nichts. Im Essen befand sich auch ein Haar. Das Geschirr war abgeschlagen und wurde nicht ausgetauscht. Für ein Hotel im vier Sterne Bereich ist es sehr enttäuschend und sowas erwartet man absolut nicht. An der Bar musste man selbstständig, trotz mehrmaligem Blickkontakt und Begrüßungen, auf sich aufmerksam machen dass man etwas zu trinken bestellen möchte. Die Qualität des Service-, Bar- und Rezeptionspersonal lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten einen Tag an dem das Internet ausfiel und wurden nur vertröstet und arrogant darauf hingewiesen, dass man den Router nicht abdrehen könnte und neu starten. Wir bekamen nur die Information dass es am Nachmittag wieder gehen sollte - dies war dann auch der Fall. Das Hotel bietet auch die Möglichkeit eines Radverleihs. Dies hatten wir, aufgrund nicht besonders gutem Wetters, auch einen Tag genutzt. Leider lässt der Zustand der Fahrräder extrem zu wünschen übrig. Nicht funktionierende Glocken, verrostete Körbe, rostige Ketten und desolate Fahrradschlösser sind nur einige Punkte die uns in Erinnerung blieben.
